Cleaning stained PVC

I have a PVC bulkhead fitting in my plastic conical that is stained.
Any suggestions on how to remove the stains?

Beer Line Cleaner works pretty good...
I find Oxyclean/PBW will help remove odors but not much help for stains.
Not really practical for me this time of year but sunlight also does a great job at removing odors (UV light) not sure on stains though.
