Boil Off Rates

I'm lazy as fuck so I'm going to let y'all give me all the answers. I got a new 26 gal Morebeer Boil Kettle, whats a good hourly boil off rate for this kettle?

You need to calibrate the kettle anyway you lazy ass. Put 15 gallons of water in that bad boy and bring it up to boil. Turn off the heat and measure the height with one of those cool metal yardsticks. Calculate the gallons per inch (I think it's about 1.35). Boil for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and measure the height and calculate the new volume and boil off rate (multiply it times 2 for the 60 minute rate.)

You have to do it yourself; there's no universal formula for it. Your altitude, the viGaroseness of your boil & if you're wearing pants or not all come into play.
