asco valves and temperature controllers

Hey All,

I'm thinking about my future brutus and was wondering. Is it possible to put plugs on the asco valves and plug them into the digital temperature controllers usually used for fermentation? I was hoping on using the controllers for the brew and then for fermentation. I just don't want to buy love controllers that are only used for the brew and temperature controllers that are only used for fermentation. Any thoughts????

Thanks,

You can do that. If you are just make sure you get the 120v coils for the asco valves. You regular fermenter control outlet is probably not made to be any where that it could get wet. You probably want to protect it for any splashing or spills from brewing.
