Wait till you hook it all up and fire it. I have all three plumbed to one tank and could not resist the urge to fire all three and open them up. The sound was amazing till the tank froze. I think it took me a while to realize what I had created and am still grinning thinking about the heat output.

I plan to take it for a test brew this weekend then paint it when the weather warms up a bit...

One thing as a caution, the mounting holes (*GRIN*) are off set from the plane of the orifice. I tried to attach the burner via eye bolts, but just ended up welding brackets as a means of attaching the burner. They are set about 3.5 inches from the kettle. Also in case you have not done it yet, get the ball valves from lowes/homedepot, not the ones from NB.

Anyway glad the link helped...

Heh, heh, Lars said "orifice"!

If you got 2 small burners and 1 big one, I'd suggest you use the jet engine on the HLT and the low-output on the boil pot. You want the most oomph when heating up your water to get there fast. Once you mash out, you are only bringing up the boil pot to boiling and then it is much more a matter of maintaining a rolling boil, which won't require anywhere as much heat.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. The good thing about my set-up is that I can change things like that around. I may brew on it a few times before deciding what stays where.
