Since I had a little more time to design the circuitry of my control panel - I figured I would build in a few more safety features. Since I am building a gas system with a timer, I want to be able to trigger the hood to come on when the system comes on. The internal design for the trigger done - but I need some sort of electrical disconnect.
Is anybody aware of a plug and outlet combination that will work as following - I need to break both the hot and the neutral poles when the plug is inserted - and I would like them to automatically reconnect when the plug is removed. Obviously the wire back to the panel will have 4 conductors.
That way, the hood will work normally when the control panel is not pluged in, but I will have local control on the panel when it is.
Thanks for any help in advance.
Mylo
