I'm in Richardson, TX for a couple of days on a business trip. Anyplace good to grab a beer around here? Anything local I need to try?

It's not a brewery, but the Flying Saucer had a pretty good beer list last time I was there.

+1. Saucer on the Lake just rocks. I've been there four or five times, and I live 5 hours away! And with a decent pair of binoculars you should be able to check out the bikinis on the lake.
