On October 14th my work is sending me out to Utah for about 6 weeks. I actually will be going to a city 1.5 hours north of Salt Lake but I doubt there will be any good suggestions in the specific city. If they are some good suggestions for Salt Lake I will make the drive down there to try some good beer. I was surprised to see that there were a decent amount of brewpubs and a couple breweries there. I dont know if they are any good though. Let me know what you guys think, Thanks.

I've never been but if I was there, I would want to check out Squatter's. Hopefully it didn't change after Jen Tally left.
Also, Uinta Brewing would be another I would want to see. I've had a couple of there beers and they were decent.
Other than that, I am no help.

I second Squatters. Was there a couple of years ago, during the Tally years, and it was great.
