They'll be just fine, they love the heat.
Just make sure you water them well, preferably at dawn and/or dusk. Mine are on a timer.

It's actually suggested that you cut them down if you are in a area where it gets really cold.
They should grow back just fine, mine sure did.(not that it ever gets cold here)
You can also bury the vines.
I sandwich my hops between air filters and bungee to a box fan on med, they are dry in about 24 hrs.
I vacuum seal and freeze after they are dry.
