what should my new mash tun be

I vote a Blichmann 55 gallon BoilerMaker for a new mashtun I hear the 30 is nice too, but I'm still waiting for FedEx to show up with mine today.

The knock at the door came just a few minutes after posting this. It's official, the 30g is a mountain of stainless beauty. The false bottom is a work of art & now I can't wait to get 2 more to replace my converted keg HLT & BK. I would say they're a lot like a divorce - expensive, but worth every penny.
