Question on using freezers and carboys for fermentation.

So maybe this is a dumb question. I have two Glass carboys, but don't use them b/c I forgot to get a walk-in freezer for fermentation, I got a 10 cubic foot one. I don't even know if I can get the filled carboy out once it is in there. I know that I could use a carboy handle, but they just seem unbalanced, like I could snap the neck off if I tried it at the wrong angle. I've been using plastic buckets with handles, but would prefer to use glass.
Any advice or tips??
Thanks.

I have brew haulers on my two big carboys, but use milk crates for my 5 gallon carboys. Whatever you do, don't use those carboy handles to pick up a carboy.

So... What's the issue with picking up a carboy with a carboy handle? Is it going to break?
