I've decided to go with Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager yeast, they didn't have WLP833 at the local Homebrew shop so I ordered the Wyeast, got a good feeling about it

You will not be disappointed. It is a very balanced lager strain and easy to work with. Be sure to make a good sized starter for it.

I'm making the starter right now chief, I'm heating up the water for the DME as I type this. I'm using two packets for a 5 gallon batch, that should do it.
