What do you think the best fermenting temp is for a stout?
Using a carmel 60, + chocolate malt, and others...

Depends on the yeast... if something from UK, I'd go with mid-60's

+1 on the yeast.

I fermented my Sweet Stout at 67° for 3 weeks and it came out BEAUTIFULLY! I don't remember if I used 002 or 005 on that one though. I would have to refer to my notes.
