I have a Honey Cream Lager in frementation and it has gone up to 8.4%abv. I was hoping to have a 5% session beer. What can I do to drop the percentage and not loose taste (like by adding water).

I don't like to do that but you can blend it with a smaller beer if you have any available or have the time to brew one...
