something different

I saved 2 yeast cakes from 2 different brews same yeast WLP830 2nd generation from original in a gallon jug. And it started fermenting again I now have a good 1/2 inch of krausen on top of it, both brews fermented out completely and went threw 2 days of a diacital rests, any one seen this before? I plan on letting it sit 2 days in the fridge and washing and pitching into 2 other brews.

+1 If the first 2 brews fermented completely, what's in there now that's fermenting?
