Ok, I'm having a party next weekend for St. Patricks Day. At that point, my 2 lagers will have been at 35° for 3 weeks. They are a Schwarzbier and a German Pilsener (both from BCS).

I have plenty of bottled beer but I'm really wanting to keg these bad boys and carb 'em.

Is this NOT in my best interest? For the beer's sake?

Beer must be aged until it is ready. Sample it every few days to find when it is at its peak.

Fuck the lube. I only lube up 1/4 of the time. It doesn't hurt that much anyway...
