No flavor hops? - this is gonna be bitter and aromatic as hell but there won't be much hop flavor. Next time, cut your magnum addition down by enough to balance the IBU's added by at least a 15 minute but preferably several 20->15 minute additions of citrusy shit like simcoe, centennial, cascade, or chinook.

In the meantime, you can boil up a hop tea using some of your centennial dry hops, let it boil for a few (10) minutes with a little bit of pale DME, and add that to your fermenter. A quart'll do ya. then, get some more dry hops to replace the ones you used for flavor.

got the hop schedule from BYO's ruination IPA just tweaked it out a little on the grain bill and added another .75 of magnum.....I like my shit bitter, didnt want to brew a "got-coors" clone

When I entered the original ingredients into beersmith it wasnt the 100+ IBU it stated on the magazine so naturally ADD MORE HOPS!! :drink

He will get some flavor from the 0 min. Maybe not much - but some.

That's going to be one bitter m-fer. Especially with the low mash temp. That C20 will help - but again - not much.

Glad I'm not judging that one... :)
