i'm brewing jamils c.a.p. and i made a big starter. a made a 5l starter with 2 tubes of wlp830 with the intention of letting it ferment, chill, then decant. my question is - about how many days should it take to ferment out? i know on ales but i'm unsure on a lager. i let my lagers ferment 3 weeks in carboy. any ideas? i was thinking 5-6 days?
