starter lifetime

Sun Nov 02, 2008 9:06 am

Due to unforseen drinking, I didn't get to brew this weekend. I had two batches of dubbel on deck for this weekend, and so far have done nothing. My question is, how long can i let my starters sit around before using? They are in erlenmeyers in the fridge. hoping to brew next weekend, but might not happen for two weeks. ok?

It'll will be fine for a week, two might be pushing it. If you do end up waiting for two weeks just make another starter a few days before you brew.
