I brewed an APA today. Use a immersion chiller to cool the wort after the boil. I stop once the temp reached 65F. After I transfered to my fermentor and aerated, I noticed that the fermentor was at 75F. What are some good ways to cool down this wort? I would like to be between 65F and 68F. Right now, the bucket is sealed and it sitting in a tub of cold water.

Thanks for the help, guys. Got the wort down to 64-66F. Pitch the yeast. It's at a steady 68F.
