What was your OG and what's the hydrometer reading now?
On Deck-Simcoe Sevada
Primary- Simce Sevada
Secondary- North German Altbier
Kegged- Simcoe Sevada, Late Hop IPA
Bottled-nada
On Tap- Simcoe Sevada

i've had this happen with my wits. i think it's the yeast stain and it's low flocculation. i rack after 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to glass and wait for it to drop clear, usually another week or two.

I didn't bother with the hydrometer reading. I shuffled the brew right over to the secondary. I figure it should be right where I need it in a week or two.

I'm keeping it simple until I hit a snag.
