Post fermentation. I ferment in a conical then transfer to the keg for lagering. At the temp you should lager at the yeast activity is very low and slow. There will be no blow off.

My last few batches I've done primary fermentation in a similar set-up, using the corney. Then I can rack to the serving keg with CO2 pressure.
