Oh yeah of course. typically I move my beer into position to be kegged a day or two in advance so the yeast can settle out. guess it really doesn't matter for this style. Then wrap it up real good so it sees no light.


I'm still bewildered having a 1.048 take nearly 20 days to ferment. But I am not noticing any off flavors and it is the first beer I made that my bud light drinking neighbor is refilling his own glass over.
