Don't rush the primary too much and start lagering. That yeast can take some time to clean up after itself.

Many times, it appears as if there is a long lag time on lagers since the wort can absorb more CO2 at cooler temps. So the beer is actually fermening, but you won't see as much CO2 being thrown off since it is actually in solution. I agree with the other guys, let it go. Be patient.
