I read somewhere on the Internets that foam control was a derivative of the sweat from the scrotums of free range unicorns

It depends on if the diet of the unicorn is organic and if they are treated with hormones or not...

It's actually made from harvested unicorn horns. They shed them every year like dear, so head retention should not be a problem.

Actually, I have been using this stuff off and on for a while, and can't seem to see any difference in head retention. I have even used it in all three phases of brewing with good results (Starter, Boil & Fermentation). Then again, I could be used to bad head so YMMV.

Yeah, it's awesome stuff man. Too bad your wife wasn't impressed. My gf never seems to care when I use something or find something new. :(

fwiw, i have been using a bottle for over a year and a half now and never refrigerated it.
