I just picked up one for $52 delivered (single-stage).

Here's the link...
ETC-111000 Ranco Digital Temp Control

This guy is in MA, I'm in NJ. Got it in 1 day via UPS Ground.
Nice!

edit: actually it says the item location is Manhattan Beach, CA. My item shipped from MA though.

That's where I bought mine as well. I noticed that they have the two stage ETC model on their webstie http://www.allthermalcontrols.com for $100

I may get that one for the fermentation fridge and use the single stage on another aspect of brewing. Like for my electric HLT I plan on buiding soon.

I just picked up a fridge from a buddy updating his kitchen. How warm can i keep the inside? Here's the problem, i'm in MN and my garage is cold, very cold. Should i wait till spring until i can keep the garage temp atleast above 30? I mean if it works in TX to go from 100 down to 54 shouldn't it go the other way too?

Yeah, get yourself one of those Brew Droids. I hear they are all the rage. Everybody who is anybody has one. I'm surprized that Bub didn't tell you about them...

Hey, Bub. Tell your buddies that since they are taking they're sweet time with these things, that they should at least offer some sort of time lapse programming capabilities - ie... the ability to lower (or raise) the temp from X to Y over the course of Z hours.... Handy for a diacetyl rest or to cool slowly to lager temps - automatically.

Excellent! I didn't know they added some features to the site. It was just a pic last time I went there.
