So, is this stuff just so toxic that no bacteria can grow in it? Are there any issues with repitching yeast once you've used it in a batch? (Since it's not being boiled if it's added to the fermenter).

Well, I believe it's just some chemical in suspension. It's not like there is a nutrition source in there. Even if some bugs got into the little bottle - there is nothing to support them growing. It has nothing to do with the "toxicity".

Anyway, if it was toxic - it wouldn't be approved for use in food. Repitching should be fine.
