these next few months are gona prolly heat my fermenting closet up past the ambient 68-72 degrees, which has worked well in the winter.
any ideas on how to keep it at that temp, or possibly even lower? its a 4x3 closet, with the door closed at all times to keep sun/light/kittens from messing up the brews.
any ideas? i figure an air contitioner is gona kick heat out the rear, inside the closet wouldnt make any sense since that would be counter productive. anyone know of small tiny ac units that dont put heat off?
