yeast starter for lager's

Hello I have a ? when making yeast starter for lager's do you ferment them at room temp like 60F to 75F or at lager Temp 44F to 58F ????

Generally, grow your starters to maximize growth (60-70) and then pitch at or below desired fermentation temperature.
