avoid the mess and try a couple of these and a packing pad/blanket

i ended up freezing some bottles of soda and tea, and put them in a basin of water with the carboy inside. got it from 72 to 57... which i prolly shouldn't have done on this particular batch, but... anyway, might work well when i do another cali brew.
