Ninkasi loves me.

The beer is fantastic! Of course it's only been fermenting for 9 days but I had to taste it tonight to see what damage was done with the 14 degree temp swing. No diacetyl, no fusels. Just plain good. Munich malt really comes through on this one. There is sulfur of course but like I said....9 days into fermentation.

great post, tons of "Bier Information" and most important a great follow up. I see a lot of other forums and their posts that start great and then go nowhere.
