I was listening to the Brewstrong Q&A show and Mylo asked a question about how much O2 to oxygenate beer with and for how long.
Jamil mentioned using an O2 regulator to oxygenate wort at the rate of 1 liter per minute for 1 minute. I'm assuming that's for 5 gallons of wort. But a lot of us use a setup like this, which has no pressure gauge: http://morebeer.com/view_product/16603//Oxygenation_Partial_System_-_No_Filter
So...what does 1 liter per minute look like coming out of a sintered stone? I used my O2 setup for the first time yesterday, and I just tried to dial in the stone to where it was producing a steady stream of bubbles which showed on the surface. I tried not to let the stream become too vigorous or kick off big bubbles. The fermentation looked great when I checked it first thing this morning!
