Hey my Brothers & Sisters in suds,
I have in my brewing career put together a Mead and a Rose infused Cider and a Cinnamon Cider.
Now, I would love to do a Csyer!
Looking for a straight forward repice please.
I have the honey and the apple juice....................... Oh and here's a good one I've used a Cider yeast and Champagne yeast in the pasts.
Has anyone ever used Ale yeast? 1056? Could you?
