What's This?

Out of 5 small batches of cider, this is the only one that looks funny. Juice was unpasteurized and treated with potassium metabisulphite per Andrew Lea's book dosing.

Smells ok and MAYBE a slight tinge of tartness. Have not tasted it. The pic shows a thin slightly opaque white layer with little bubbles that ALMOST look like there is a slight line or ridge connecting them.

Hard to tell from the picture. I have a couple ciders that just started showing some signs of fermentation again with the warmer weather we have been have the past week. I do a couple small batches every year and it seems like as soon as it gets a little warmer one or two starts up again, I should probably keep them warmer. Hope it's not an infection.
