Started my first 5-gal batch of mead with 12 lbs. clover blossom honey on Saturday. Slow bubbling by Sunday afternoon. Vi-gar-ous activity Monday morning.

The question: About how long in primary in plastic bucket? I would like to add a few pounds of raspberries at some point. Any advice?
