Online Cider Resources

Sat Mar 14, 2009 2:25 pm

Hey Fellow Soldiers,

Anyone know of any good online resources or literature for making cider? I've brewing for a while, but wanted to try a batch of cider. Are there any sources out there (ideally like Palmer's "How to Brew" 1st edition) on the web for free.

There are a bunch of half-ass sites I have been able to find, but no authoratative voice on how to turn wimpy apple juice into panty-dropping hard cider.

Thoughts?!?
