Greetings from Iceland

Hey BN, just wanted to check in. Long time listener.

The community here in BFE in rather small, but fairly active.
Been brewing for about 5 years now, live in a small apartment but the wife is also a beer lover so she doesn't mind that i've turned one of our closets in the bedroom to a temp-controlled fermentation chamber.

Hopefully I'll be seeing some of yall in Baltimore, this will be my first to to the conference.
Cheers -

Very cool! Welcome to the forum!

Wow! You are making the trip to NHC? You will absolutely love it and won't regret it. Great time and great people.

How tough is it to get good homebrew supplies there?

Thanks!
You wouldn't think so, being a remote island in the North Atlantic, but Getting supplies is quite easy. My LHBS regularly orders yeast from wyeast/ white labs and is well stocked with Weyermann malts and some Crisp.

Using a 15 gal Ss brew pot with heating elements to boil. gas is pricy but electricity is dirt cheap so that works out quite well.

Any tips for a first time attendee?
