Hey BN, had to say thanks for such a badass website with tons of information to taking beer to the next level. I am from the Pacific NW and have been brewing for two years with experience at a nano-brewery and a 20BBL semi-production brewery. I am big into wild fermentation, farmhouses, bretts and imperials. This website and community helped a lot in crafting good beer, thx again!

cheers :jnj

suck it jp

Welcome aboard! What kind of beers have you brewed for the nano? Where are you located?

Thanks bro! The nano was sort of inspired by Belgian styles like saisons, sours, dabbled a little bit with flanders reds, and american styles to. That is where I learned how to brew and just continued to keep with it but branched out. That was down by Portland, OR for that gig.
