Cider show redux

Chad, tis the season for cider. Beer needs a break. Sully can't even do cider.

Backsweetening a cider that fermented out too far.
Yeast selection (using ale, wine, or lager yeasts)
Yeast pitching rates
Natural yeasts
Must selection

Are you going to get Gary Awdey? He was the guest from the second time in cider Jamil Show. Or was that Jamil went back in cider, or more in cider with Jamil and Tasty?
