You're already in the playoffs mate. The current round is the last of the regular season.

If this becomes an annual league I'd be quite interested in joining if you ever have an opening. Who won this year btw?

Okay what is fantasy football? Sorry I have lived in Japan for over 20 years. I have heard of this but don't know what it is.

Participants draft all the eligible NFL players, in doing so, you want to be able to fill all the positions on the field, or at least those that have easily trackable stats for purposes of scoring. QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DEF (defense is combined for purposes of ffb) From that you field a 'team' comprised of players from your roster, often from many different teams. If the quarterback on your team has a huge day, you get points based on yardage, touchdowns, and sometimes bonuses for reaching certain thresholds (passing above 200 yards, etc). The player will lose you points if they are the cause of interceptions, fumbles, etc. Two ffb teams will go head to head each week, often in a round robin type format and the team with the highest total points from their fielded players wins.

So what we are talking about by the sounds is adult dungeons and dragons. Is this played with dice or based on the actual players on the real teams?

Actually, I find it to be much more involved and time consuming than D&D ever was. Also, it's very popular with jocks. lol. I can't ever keep a team because I never research injuries, know who's got the bye, and just forget to set the bench, etc. I'm much better at just watching the games.

It is based on actual results from that week's games... no dice.
