Spam - Time for some changes

Fuckin' spammers. flbub them all.

The first thing that needs to happen is guest posting needs to be disabled. If someone really wants to post, they can register. That will reduce some of the spam. Problem is that a lot of the forum spam bots can now interpret the visual verification gifs.

Please disable guest posting.
