Poll comes up "Submitted form invalid"

I just set up a poll in Beer Events for a Philadelphia area pub crawl. When I tried to vote, I got the message that the "Submitted form is invalid."

I edited the poll to allow people two options after I initially submitted it to the forum. The last time I received this message was when ThirdDegree edited a thread to add a poll. I don't know if the editing is the problem, but that's the only commonality I know of.

Any suggestions?
