SMB Technik help?

I'm having problems with the crowner on our SMB Technik Multima L bottle filler.

Every 40-80 bottles, at the very most, the crowner just stops letting crowns through but doesn't jam the machine, and will start crowning again by itself given enough time.

Can anyone help me?
