I forgot to measure my OG...AGAIN!

Squeezing in a quick extract brew on my one day off...multitasking...forgot to measure my OG.
Recipe:
6# Bav Wheat DME
2.5 Golden Light DME
6.25 gallons volume after boil
added a large Lacto starter, about 0.5 liter.

How will this affect my measurement if I measure now?
Not a big deal if its too late.
Thx.

((44 * 6) + (44 * 2.5)) /6.25 = 59.84 which means you got ~1.060 OG

If your volume measurement is accurate, you added all the DME and you didn't spill a shitload of your wort all over the place (eg, boilovers, etc), then you can pretty much rely on the above calculation as a reasonable estimation of your OG.

If you're afraid of math, just use the Crossley method - dip your balls in it & see how high they float.
