Let's say that I normally add 4oz of sugar to 5 gallons, but this time I only have about 4.5 gallons. Should I adjust my sugar accordingly? Should I go with 90%?

It is the Polish coat of arms. I thought it would be fitting because I'm a quarter Polish.
